Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Osirion website, app, subscriptions, organizations, replay-upload features, paid credit products, and related services operated by Osirion AS ("Osirion", "we", "us", or "our").

If you use any Osirion API, including the Osirion Fortnite API or the Osirion Match Data API, additional API-specific terms apply and are available in our API Terms.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Osirion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use Osirion only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have appropriate authorization to do so.

2. The Service

Osirion provides game-data, analytics, coaching, tournament, replay, organization, and developer tools. Some features are free, some require subscriptions, and some require one-time credit purchases or other paid access.

Supported games, game publishers, and third-party services remain the property of their respective owners. Osirion is not affiliated with Epic Games or other game publishers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Accounts and Linked Services

Certain features require you to sign in and maintain an Osirion account. You are responsible for keeping your login methods, account access, and linked third-party accounts secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own failure to safeguard the service.

Some features depend on third-party providers such as Discord, Epic, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Your use of those providers remains subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Plans, Billing, Credits, and Organizations

Osirion may offer subscriptions, seat-based organization plans, one-time credit purchases, and other paid access products. By purchasing a paid product, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and product rules presented at checkout or in the product interface at the time of purchase.

  • - subscriptions may renew, change, pause, resume, or end in accordance with the plan and billing flow we present
  • - organization plans may include seat limits, membership management, invites, and owner-managed billing
  • - credits may be required for specific features, requests, or uploads
  • - we may change pricing, packaging, included features, or credit rules going forward
  • - canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not retroactively cancel the current billing period
  • - if a subscription renews before cancellation takes effect, the renewed period remains chargeable and payable
  • - if payment for a renewal or other charge fails, we may retry collection and may limit access until payment issues are resolved
  • - except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees, credits, and paid periods are non-refundable once the paid period has started, the paid feature has been materially used, or credits have been consumed
  • - if we choose to issue a discretionary goodwill refund, credit, or reversal, that does not create a future obligation or precedent

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Osirion to:

  • - access data or features you are not authorized to access
  • - scrape, harvest, mirror, or bulk extract the website or app outside expressly allowed API use
  • - abuse, bypass, probe, or interfere with security, rate limits, traffic controls, or integrity protections
  • - share accounts, credentials, invitations, seats, or access in a way that violates plan rules or product limits
  • - copy, share, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit paid or restricted outputs from the app, including dropmaps, bus calculations, premium reports, premium analytics, generated plans, and similar paid content, unless we explicitly allow it in writing or through your plan
  • - upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited content
  • - use Osirion for cheats, exploitation, fraud, or unlawful activity
  • - reverse engineer or circumvent the service except to the extent mandatory law prevents us from restricting that activity

In plain terms: if you pay for premium content or premium outputs inside Osirion, that content is for your own permitted use inside the product and plan you purchased. Do not repost or share it outside that permitted scope, and do not turn it into a competing product, feed, or paid service.

6. User Content, Uploads, and Submissions

If you upload replay files, submit content, or otherwise provide material to Osirion, you represent that you have the right and any necessary permissions or lawful basis to do so. You grant Osirion a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, scan, analyze, display, transmit, and retain that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

We may remove or refuse content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or product rules.

7. Intellectual Property

Osirion, our software, branding, site design, documentation, and service materials are owned by Osirion or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

8. Service Changes, Beta Features, and Availability

Osirion may add, remove, pause, limit, or change features, products, pricing, credits, integrations, and supported services at any time. Some features may be marked beta, preview, experimental, or similar and may be incomplete, unstable, or removed without advance notice.

The service may depend on third-party and upstream data sources. We do not guarantee that all outputs, data, stats, analyses, or game-derived content will always be complete, current, accurate, or available.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Any disclaimers or limitations in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Except where required by law, Osirion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osirion AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, restrict, investigate, or terminate access to Osirion if we reasonably believe that you have breached or are likely to breach these Terms, abused the service, engaged in fraud or suspected fraud, failed to pay amounts due, attempted to bypass plan, billing, access, rate, or security controls, created a security, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk, or otherwise used the service in a way that harms or could harm Osirion, its users, or third parties.

We may also take temporary action while we investigate suspected misuse, payment issues, account compromise, or other conduct that may justify restriction or termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the competent courts of Norway unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date above when we do. If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.
